Chia Pudding With Turmeric And Raspberries

a revitalizing dessert - my dinner

ingredients

For one serving:

  • turmeric latte

  • chia seeds (2 tbsp)

  • raspberries (as much as you like)

  • nut spread (almond / peanut / walnut / combination /…)

  • chia semena (2 žlici)

  • maline (po želji)

  • namaz iz oreščkov (mandljev / arašidov / orehov / mešan /…)

Method

Prepare turmeric latte - click here for the recipe. ;)

Set aside to cool down and mix in 1,5-2 tablespoons of chia seeds. Leave for a few minutes, stir and then wait until the mixture gets a pudding-like consistency.

Add a spoon of your favourite nut spread and top it with some fresh fruits.
