fresh basil (a few leaves)
ripe banana (1/2)
sesame seeds

zucchini (1 big)
beetroot (1 big)

orange sauce
carrots (2)
green bell pepper (1)
tomato sauce

Method
Pancakes
In a food processor mix a half of a ripe banana, chickpeas, red lentils, salt, water, and basil until the mixture becomes smooth. Add more water if it is to thick and then mix in some sesame seeds. Fry them on a pancake pan - just like pancakes - one tablespoon of mixture per pancake. You don’t need any oil for that. ;)
roasted vegetables
Wash and cut the vegetables, put them on a baking tray, ad spices and some coconut oil.Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes.
orange sauce
For the orange sauce, wash peeled carrots and green bell pepper. Cut them into smaller pieces, put everything in a food processor, cover the vegetables with a tomato sauce, add some salt, and spice it up with fresh oregano. Cook the mixture in a saucepan for about 10 minutes.When the components are ready - serve the dish with delicious pumpkin seed oil.
