Buckwheat Dumplings

INGREDIENTS
For cca. 6 people (in a soup) / 1-2 people (side dish):
egg
buckwheat flour (5 tbsp)
cottage cheese (1,5 tbsp)
water (0,75 dl)
salt
SESTAVINE
Za cca. 6 osebe (v juhi) / 1-2 osebi (priloga):
jajce
ajdova moka (5 žlic)
skuta (1,5 žlic)
voda (0,75 dl)
sol
METHOD
Combine the ingredients and mix until you get a thick, sticky consistency. Add more flour and cottage cheese if needed.
Taking less than a tea spoon of the mixture at once, put each dumpling into a salted boiling water. Cook on medium heat for 6 minutes or unless they become soft enough. Don’t overcook them.
Drain & enjoy!
Serve them in a soup or as a side dish.
