Melon Smoothie Of The Month

Noon = time for a smoothie. Let me present to you september’s favourite!

INGREDIENTS

For a cup:

  • melon (frozen or fresh)

  • ice (2 cubes if the melon is fresh)

  • carrot (medium)

  • banana

  • maca root powder

  • plant-based milk / kefir / water

*cinnamon

SESTAVINE

Za skodelico:

  • melona (lahko zamrznjena ali ne)

  • led (2 kocki, če je melona sveža)

  • korenje (srednje veliko)

  • banana

  • maca v prahu

  • rastlinsko mleko / kefir / voda

*cimet za posip

Method

Put all ingredients in the blender and mix until you get a uniform texture. Serve smoothie in a cup and sprinkle with cinnamon.
