Melon Smoothie Of The Month
Noon = time for a smoothie. Let me present to you september’s favourite!
INGREDIENTS
For a cup:
melon (frozen or fresh)
ice (2 cubes if the melon is fresh)
carrot (medium)
banana
maca root powder
plant-based milk / kefir / water
*cinnamon
SESTAVINE

led (2 kocki, če je melona sveža)

maca v prahu
rastlinsko mleko / kefir / voda
*cimet za posip
Method
Put all ingredients in the blender and mix until you get a uniform texture. Serve smoothie in a cup and sprinkle with cinnamon.
