Protein Ice Cream
The ingredients might seem unusual, but the final result is truly Delicious!

For 2-4 servings:
roasted hazelnuts (30 g)
roasted peanuts (30 g)
cooked & frozen chickpeas (100 g)
dates (4)
plant-based milk
raspberries (fresh / frozen)
maca root powder (1 tsp)
vanilla extract (1/3 tsp)
cinamon powder
lemon juice (1/3)

praženi arašidi (30 g)
kuhana & zamrznjena čičerika (100 g)
dateljni (4)
rastlinsko mleko
maline (sveže / zamrznjene)
maca v prahu (1 žlička)
vanilijev ekstrakt (1/3 žličke)
cimet v prahu
sok limone (1/3)
Method
Put chickpeas, hazelnuts, dates and peanuts in a food processor. Cover the ingredients with the plant-based milk (I use oat milk), squeeze a 1/3 of a lemon, and mix until you get a smooth mixture.
Place the mixture into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients - add your favourite flavour.
Don’t forget to enrich it with some raspberries or any other fruit that will freshen up the ice cream.
Put the mixture into a small ice cream container / mini loaf pan and place it into a freezer. If you want to get a perfect ice-cream texture, then I would advise you to check it every 30 minutes or so and stir to stay softer.
After approximately 1,5 h, the ice-cream should be ready.
Play with the toppings and enjoy its deliciousness.
