Noon = time for a smoothie. Let me present to you this month’s favourite!
It is:
fresh
full of healthy ingredients
energizing
delicious
easy to make

For a cup:
spinach (approx. 30 g - if frozen)
blueberries (approx. 70 g - if frozen)
carrot (1 - approx. 40 g)
banana (1/2)
nuts of your choice (approx. 10 g)
spirulina powder
water
Topping:
goji berries
hemp seeds
sestavine
Za skodelico:
špinača (cca. 30 g - če je zamrznjena)
borovnice (cca. 70 g - če so zamrznjene)
korenje (1 - cca. 40 g)
banana (1/2)
najljubši oreščki (cca. 10 g)
spirulina v prahu

Posip:
goji jagode
konopljina semena
Method
Put all ingredients in the blender and mix until you get a uniform texture. Serve smoothie in a cup and sprinkle with some goji berries and hemp seeds.
