Delicious Baba Ganoush
Baba ganoush is irresistibly smooth, smoky, and savory. It goes excellent with snacks as well as with warm dishes.
Ingredients
For 2 people:
eggplant (1 large)
garlic (1-2 cloves)
lemon juice (2 tbsp)
tahini (1 tbsp) or sesame seeds (3 tbsp)
oregano (a few leaves)
salt, pepper

jajčevec (1)
česen (1-2 stroka)
limonin sok (2 žlici)
tahini (1 žlica) ali sezamova semena (3 žlice)
origano (nekaj listov)
sol, poper
Method
Wash eggplant and cut in halves and put on the baking tray, cut side facing the tray—Bake for about 30 minutes at 200°C or until they become soft and start to smell nice. Scoop out the insides (remove the skin) and let the eggplant rest in a strainer for a few minutes and stir it to release the excess moisture.
When ready, put the eggplant in a food processor, add all other ingredients and mix until you get a smooth baba ganoush.
